today was pretty eventful i suppose. of course, there were the events of this morning; very sad. after i finally got out of my pajamas, i went to work and painted for a little bit. then i went and saw chicago which i loved. when i got home, i found that one of my new fish had died. i'm not sure why, but one of the silver tipped sharks was floating at the top, stiff as a board. it was kinda bizarre, as everyone seemed fine when i left the house and also, aren't dead fish usually floppy? so i flushed him, and plan to take a water sample in for testing tomorrow to make sure i didn't kill him with bad water in the box. two of my other fish have been acting wierd for quite some time now, so i fully expected one of them to be the floater.. sadly, not so. hopefully it was a fluke - in which case i plan to get another one tomorrow. poor fish.... poor fish...........
